When looking to get active in Fulham, the first place to start are in the parks. South Park near Parsons Green has tennis courts for hire, cricket nets and 11 a side football pitches for hire. Hurlingham Park also near Parsons Green has astroturf tennis courts, rugby pitches, a bowling green and a 9 a side football pitch. For those who can afford it (many Fulham residents can) there is the Hurlingham Club near Putney Bridge with tennis courts, croquet lawns, squash courts and a lot more. Likewise the Queen's Club near Baron's Court is one of the most prestigious sports clubs in the world, with indoor tennis courts, racquests courts and even 'real tennis courts'.

Moving away from parks and plush sports clubs, Hammersmith Fitness & Squash Centre has pay as you go squash courts and a fully equipped gym. There is the Lillie Road Fitness Centre near Hammersmith and the Phoenix Fitness Centre & Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool. For those with higher budgets, Virgin Active at Fulham Pools offers tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool which is sem-public, semi-private and the Chelsea Harbour Club towards Sands End once counted Princess Diana as a member.
