Hammersmith is an area bustling with crowded shopping centres, offices and a busy transport hub. Just a turn away from the clamour of the high streets is a beautiful peaceful riverside, quaint parks and cosy village streets. The area’s juxtaposing forces of the crowded, cosmopolitan centre and the relieving open pockets of nature and rural qualities are just some of the reasons that so many people flock to the West London district. When it comes to sport in the vicinity, the region certainly benefits from some great facilities, clubs and academies, whilst Ravenscourt Park allows sports players to benefit from the area’s natural open spaces.
Hammersmith Academy has some excellent sports facilities open for hire to the general public. At the venue, there is a floodlit fenced astroturf for five-a-side play, a 250m running track, a fully equipped fitness centre and to round up the rest of your sporting needs is a four court sports hall allowing for badminton, football, basketball and volleyball.

Entry to each of the programmes is through application and trials.
