Godalming

A notable sports venue near Godalming is Godalming College with a sports hall, dance studio and multi-use games area. Charterhouse School Sports Centre also has some fantastic facilities available such as an indoor swimming pool, indoor climbing centre, sports hall, gym and multi-use games areas. Broadwater School Sports Centre in Farncombe also has some excellent astroturf pitches, home to Guildford Hockey Club. The school flanks Godalming Leisure Centre and Godalming Tennis Club with tennis courts for hire, a swimming pool and fantastic gym.

There is also Guildford Rugby Club nearby and circket pitches and crickets nets available in Broadwater Park which has hall for hire for fitness classes, weddings and other functions. It lies next to the Broadwater Park Golf Course which is a 9 hole pay and play par three golf course with a picturesque lake to one side. Finally Godalming Cricket Club is located at Holloway Hill Recreation Ground which has a cricket pitch, cricket nets, pavilioin and tennis courts for hire. There is an excellent club atmosphere with social sessions and dance classes for both members and non-members.
