Shimmy Yourself Skinny: Zumba in the Brixton Area

If we are jealous of Latinos it can no longer be for their sexy, firey dance moves.  Zumba has taken the world by tropical storm and is shaking up workouts everywhere.  With dance moves to get you squatting with sass and jumping like J Lo you’ll barely notice that you’re at the gym.  The classes are great for building confidence as people lose their inhibitions and let dance spirit loose.  Brixton is thumping with the international beats of Zumba, so you’ll never find yourself too far away from the party.

Shake That Zumba
