Badminton can easily be played in a huge number of venues because it can be set up any sports hall that has nets and posts. Of course, other requirements specific to the sport are high ceilings, to allow the shuttlecock to soar through the air free from obstruction, and good lighting, not too dim and not so strong that it will induce temporary blindness during a serve. The North West of London has some smashing sports halls equipped with all of the above, ensuring that getting in a game, morning or night, should never be a problem.
